We have developed six steps which help companies achieve healthy employees:
- Face to Face Physiotherapy - offering first class occupational physiotherapy care, we have a large network of Chartered Physiotherapists that manage conditions affecting the spine, peripheral joints, soft tissues and the peripheral nervous system.
- Education - being a national physiotherapy provider we go beyond physical care as we provide employees with access to our well being zone section of our website; this provides valuable information on their condition or injury.
- Telephone Triage - our dedicated telephone triage physiotherapy team contact injured employees to determine the correct treatment and to offer support and guidance.
- Physiotherapy Advice Line (PAL) – our dedicated team of in house expert Chartered Physiotherapists are on hand to provide quick, evidence-based, intervention, assessment, treatment and advice for any injuries or conditions experienced by your employees. This award winning team of senior physiotherapists, who specialise in occupational physiotherapy, won the Chartered Society Clinical excellence award in 2012 for promoting self management.
- Exercise Zone – as we are a national physiotherapy provider, we aim to educate employees on how to avoid an injury or a reoccurrence of an injury. We have developed a large database of easy to follow physiotherapy exercise files designed to strengthen and repair all areas of the body. From this large database of exercises, our physiotherapists put together a specific tailored exercise programme to strengthen and repair the injury and facilitate recovery.
- Management Information - our management information allows you to keep on top of your physiotherapy services in the form of our tailored and comprehensive reports. These will be provided to you on a regular basis, as required throughout the contract.
