Our Portal is a vital part of our service. It coordinates the efforts of everybody involved, your Occupational Health Team and managers, the physiotherapists, our Clinical Governance Team and the Relationship Managers who are making everything tick with a minimum amount of fuss.
It records all events and provides the management information we require for maximising the impact of all our contracts.
The Portal gives us the opportunity to work in real time, speed up our information flow and enhance our decision-making capability within a very safe and secure environment.
As shown below, the Portal is an ISO 27001 certified Cloud based tool, which is integrated to allow us to:
- Give safe and secure access to the patient, client, physiotherapist and Physio Med
- 2 factor authentication
- Book patient appointments
- Appointment reminders
- Record admin/clinical data
- Live case management
- Processes invoice and payments
- Produce MI reports
- Have a full and complete audit trail
It uses a "2 Factor Authentication" process to enable access to all users giving Central Government and NHS level security standards.
The Portal application is regularly penetration tested by a third party and the data is stored on an AES-256 encrypted disk storage system.
Access to the internal systems is via secure shell only and a limited number of technicians access the backend server through a Cisco ASA firewall using 2048 bit SSH keys. Inside the systems, databases are protected by additional passwords.
