Jake Takes a Hike For Charity

Physio Med's Sales Director, Jake Fletcher, has completed the gruelling Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge to raise money for a children's cancer support charity. 

Jake, who was part of a ten-strong group including his brother and nephew, completed the hike in 9 hours and 31 minutes (well inside the 12 hour target time) and has raised £420 for Candlelighters, the Leeds General Infirmary-based charity which supports children with cancer and their families.

Jake said: “This was my first time tackling the Three Peaks, but after hearing about the success of the team from Griffiths and Hartley’s - part of the Physio Med network -  in completing this challenge, I was determined to beat their time!

“Candlelighters is a charity which is very close to the hearts of the Physio Med team and I'm delighted to be able to contribute to the marvellous work that they do.”
